Performs administrative duties for executive management. Requires strong computer and internet research skills. Also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
Provide necessary assistance as requested by top level management in carrying out their assigned administrative and office management responsibilities.
Monitor transactions and negotiations as delegated by the management with suppliers to ensure that completed work is achieved according to agreed deadlines.
Conduct research, liaison and canvassing of materials, suppliers and third party services as requested by top level management.
Monitor tasks of office custodian and messenger to ensure they are performed accordingly.
- Provide prompt assistance to CEO for request of applications
Requirements and Qualifications:
A graduate of any four year course
Female with pleasing personality, not more than 30 yrs old
Excellent English communication skills
Flexible and aggressive
can work with minimum supervision
